My name is Jensen Chow.
I grew up in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, lived a year each in Brazil and Thailand, and went to High School in Sydney, Australia at St Ignatius’ College. I’m a graduate of University of Technology, Sydney, where I completed B Business (Accounting) and B Laws degrees. Now I’m back home in Cebu, Philippines where I am doing business while studying the Masters of Business Administration Regis Executive Program at Ateneo de Manila University’s Graduate School of Business.
My mother, who lives in Brisbane, Australia, asked me a couple of months back, why I am back in Cebu (I live 500m from where she went to university 30 years ago) and I brainstormed and came up with these answers in no particular order:
-running away from d rat race
-retiring to d beach
-adopting kids
-coming home/back to my roots
-starting up a couple of foundations
-teaching a little bit of Capoeira
-doing ethical business
-starting social enterprises
-giving everything away
-enjoying life
-etc.

Hi Jensen,
Love everything i see on your website. I never see you living and settle down in Australia. Look like you found your home. Stay where you are, i am going there soon.
H.K is all about money. My plan is to get out of here in 4 years……..
Hi Jensen,
You may not remember me but you tried out some part-time work as a courier and I was the driver/trainer. You reminded me of my martial arts days, I did promise that I would get a lesson with you some day. So let me know when you are ever in Sydney, and I will gladly join. The rat race stinks here, got out of my courier work and went for an office job but it seems absolutely lifeless. Must be nice too feel you have some roots. Goodluck with everything.
I just googled you and I found this site. I was just wondering. Do you even have plans of getting married? :-p just absolutely curious …
What a surprised that your official website suddenly pop-out in my window out of the blue. I remember that you told me yesterday during our first bonding in J.Y. Square that you already have your own site. It’s great that I coincidentally got it here now. Anyway, thank you for the free ride on your FORD car and for inviting me to join the lunch feast.
I have my own personal foundation and so far, 1′M doing it alone. I have lucky 8 scholars in primary level. 1′M paying a visit and giving parties to different orphanages/charity institutions especially during my birthdays and I try to help some poor patients in the public hospitals through social services. I called it after my patron saint, ST. JOSEPH CHARITY FOUNDATION.
Well, if coming here is really for work, for charity and for personal happiness & satisfaction that could be a good decision. 1′M sure your mom will be proud of you. Unless you run away and hide away from something is another story. It is hard when you are force to face a business which is remain unfinish and unresolve to this day. What do you think?
